1. What types of events do you specialize in?

We provide  full-scale entertainment and event production services for concerts, corporate events, luxury weddings, Sweet 16s, proms, private parties, festivals, and nightlife experiences. From backyard celebrations to large-capacity venues and headline performances, we design and execute high-impact events of all sizes.

2. How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking at least 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for popular dates. However, we may have last-minute availability, so feel free to reach out.

3. Do your DJs take song requests?

Yes! Our DJs welcome song requests and can customize the playlist based on your preferences and crowd vibe. We also offer do-not-play lists.

4. Can we meet our DJ or Production Team before the event?

Absolutely. We encourage pre-event consultations so you can get to know our staff and make sure they’re a perfect fit for your event.

5. Do you offer bilingual DJs or MCs?

Yes, we have bilingual DJs and MCs available upon request. Just let us know your needs when booking.

6. What is included in your DJ packages?

Our DJ packages typically include a professional DJ, high-quality sound system, microphones, and basic lighting. Additional enhancements and customizations are available.

7. Do you offer photo booths?

Yes, we have several photo booth options including inflatable LED booths, 360° booths, and backdrop booths with custom props and instant sharing features.

8. What kind of lighting do you provide?

We offer up lighting, moving heads, spotlights, intelligent lighting, twinkle lights, and full custom lighting design tailored to your event.

Yes. All special effects like cold sparks, fog, CO2 jets, and confetti cannons are operated by trained, certified staff and meet safety standards.

10. Can you provide sound and lighting equipment rentals only?

Yes, we offer rental-only services for audio, lighting, staging, and video equipment. Pickup and delivery options are available.

11. Do you offer services for outdoor events?

We do. Our team is experienced with outdoor setups and can provide weather-resistant equipment and backup plans to ensure everything runs smoothly.

12. Is setup and breakdown time included in the rental?

Yes, setup and breakdown are included in your rental or service package. We arrive early to ensure everything is ready before guests arrive.

13. Do you travel outside of New Jersey?

Yes, while based in New Jersey, we provide event production services throughout New York, Pennsylvania, and nationwide for larger concerts and corporate productions. Travel fees vary by location.

14. How do payments and deposits work?

We require a signed agreement and deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before the event. Payment plans are available.

16. Do you provide full concert production and technical management?

Yes. Hype Nation offers comprehensive concert production services including professional line array sound systems, stage lighting design, LED video walls, staging, truss systems, backline coordination, and on-site production management. We work with artists, tour managers, promoters, and venues to handle advancing, load-in schedules, technical riders, and show execution. From local showcases to large-capacity venues and headline performances, we deliver professional, tour-level production.
